Gabriela became a Hasbara Fellow in 2019 and has since been an active advocate for Israel and the Jewish people on campus and in the community at large. Gabriela was the vice president, president, and advisor for Jewish Student Life while studying for her HBSc at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. She has spoken on collaborative Townhalls and workshops with other Jewish organizations to increase awareness and find resolutions for the antisemitism on her campus. Gabriela joined the Hasbara Fellowships team in the summer of 2022 as the High School Advisor, leading the Hasbara Fellowships High School Internship program.
