Noa was the President of Hillel at Marianopolis College, and later served as the Vice President of Jewish Life for Hillel Ottawa while she was studying at the University of Ottawa. Noa became a Hasbara Fellow in 2019 and continued to be actively involved in the Jewish and Israel community through participation in the CJPAC and CIJA Chai Fellowships for students on campus. She is passionate about empowering students to advocate for Israel and began her campus advisor role for Hasbara Fellowships in Canada in the summer of 2022.
